Winemaking Excellence
Macán Clásico is crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes, meticulously hand-harvested and carefully sorted to select only the finest bunches. The innovative winery facilities, established since 2016, integrate traditional techniques with state-of-the-art technology. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of fruit flavors, followed by malolactic fermentation that enhances the wine’s texture and complexity.
