How to Join Terry’s Circle
There is no minimum spend and no membership fee. Simply create an account through: The Terry’s Circle app, available on the Google Play Store

Already a Terry’s Circle Member?
Your existing membership has been carried over to the new Terry’s Circle system—provided you previously updated your registered mobile number and email address. Note: Members who were unable to complete the update before the deadline have had their accounts set to inactive in line with the system transition. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we encourage you to create a new account so you can continue enjoying Terry’s Circle moving forward. We’re bringing Terry’s closer to you, so you can spend less time keeping track of your rewards and more time enjoying them.
How to Activate Your Account
- Go to the Loyalty page and tap Sign In.
- Select Forgot PIN.
- Enter the mobile number you used to register for Terry’s Circle.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Create a new 4-digit PIN. This will serve as your account password.
Once you see the confirmation message, your account is activated.
Don’t worry if your points or rewards are not yet visible. These will appear once the app officially launches on July 31, 2026.
Important Activation Deadline
Existing Terry’s Circle members must activate their accounts on or before October 31, 2026.
Accounts that have not been activated by this date will be considered inactive and deleted. Any remaining points, rewards, and membership benefits will also be forfeited.
Your Terry’s Circle QR Code
Your unique membership QR code can be found when you log-in to your Terry’s Circle app.
Present your QR code to our service team whenever you would like to:
- Earn points from a purchase
- Pay using points
- Use a reward from My Rewards
For the smoothest transaction, please show your QR code before payment.
Earn Terry’s Circle Points
Earn points equivalent to ₱34 = 1 point.
There is no minimum purchase required to earn points.
How to Earn Points In-Store
- Open your Terry’s Circle app.
- Present your membership QR code to our service team before payment.
- Our team will enter your purchase amount and official receipt number.
- Your points will be credited to your Terry’s Circle account.
Points-Earning Guidelines
- Points may be earned on up to 4 qualifying transactions within 24 hours.
- Transactions paid using points will not earn additional points.
- Points are credited only to the member account scanned during the transaction.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Points cannot be converted into cash.
- Each batch of points is valid for 1 year from the date it is earned.
- Unused points will automatically expire after their applicable validity period.
Pay Using Your Points
Your Terry’s Circle points are as good as cash toward qualifying purchases.
1 point = ₱1
Points may be used for qualifying transactions from ₱2,500 to ₱10,000.
You may use points to cover up to 30% of your total bill, subject to a minimum redemption of 750 points and a maximum redemption of 3,000 points per transaction.
For example, if your total bill is ₱5,000, the maximum 30% you can cover is ₱1,500, which is equivalent to 1,500 points. If your bill is ₱10,000, you may use up to ₱3,000 worth of points (3,000 points), which is the maximum allowed per transaction.
How to Pay Using Points
- Inform our service team before payment that you would like to use your Terry’s Circle points.
- Open the Terry’s Circle app and present your membership QR code.
- Tell our team how many points you would like to use.
- Our team will enter your purchase amount, selected points amount, and official receipt number.
- Once validated, the points will be applied to your transaction.
Points-Redemption Guidelines
- Points may be used on up to 4 qualifying transactions within 24 hours.
- Points may cover no more than 30% of the total bill.
- Points cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, promotional offers, or membership benefits in the same transaction.
- Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded once successfully used.
- Sufficient points must be available in the member’s account at the time of redemption.

The Terry’s Circle app gives you access to member rewards that may be complimentary, redeemed using points, or unlocked through a qualifying purchase.

Explore Available Rewards
Go to All Rewards in the Terry’s Circle app to see the offers currently available to you.
- Select a reward to view its description, requirements, validity, and terms.
- Tap Get this now to redeem the reward.
- Once successfully redeemed, it will appear in your My Rewards section.
The Get this now button may be unavailable or greyed out when:
- You do not yet meet the reward requirements
- You have reached the applicable redemption limit
- The reward has been fully claimed or is no longer available
- You do not have enough points for a points-based reward
- The offer has expired
View Rewards You Can Use
Go to My Rewards to see the rewards you have already redeemed through the app and may present at a Terry’s branch.
Always check the individual reward’s validity, participating branches, qualifying purchase, and other terms before visiting.
How to Use a Reward at a Branch
- Open the Terry’s Circle app and go to My Rewards.
- Show the reward you would like to use to our service team before ordering or payment.
- Present your Terry’s Circle QR code when requested.
- Our team will confirm that the reward is valid and that its terms and requirements have been met.
- Once validated, our team will complete the reward redemption.
- You will receive an SMS confirming that the reward has been claimed.
Reward-Redemption Guidelines
- Members may use up to 5 vouchers or rewards per day.
- Rewards are subject to availability and the terms shown in the app.
- Some rewards may have limited quantities or redemption slots.
- Whether multiple rewards may be combined will depend on the terms of each offer.
- Rewards cannot be used on transactions paid using Terry’s Circle points unless the specific offer states otherwise.
- Claimed rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or replaced once used or expired.
- A reward appearing in My Rewards must still be presented and validated at the branch before it is considered fully redeemed.
Keeping Your Membership Active
Your Terry’s Circle membership has no annual renewal or fixed expiry as long as your account remains active.
An account will automatically be considered inactive after 24 consecutive months without a qualifying transaction.
Inactive accounts will be deleted, and any remaining points, unused rewards, and membership benefits will be forfeited.
A qualifying visit or purchase keeps your membership active—and keeps the good things going.
Terry’s Gift Certificates
Terry’s Gift Certificates are separate from Terry’s Circle membership, points, and rewards.
Gift Certificates may be purchased from any Terry’s branch and used according to the terms issued with the certificate.
Purchasing, receiving, or using a Terry’s Gift Certificate does not automatically create a Terry’s Circle account.

Is Terry’s Circle a discount program?
Terry’s Circle is no longer built around automatic discounts.
Instead, members can enjoy a changing mix of useful and meaningful benefits, including complimentary treats, points-exclusive rewards, bonus-point offers, curated experiences, and priority access to selected activities.
Is there a membership fee or minimum spend?
No. Terry’s Circle is free to join, and there is no minimum spend required to become a member.
How do I join?
You may create an account through:
- The Terry’s Circle app, available on the Google Play Store – The Apple Store App will be released soon

Do I still need a physical Terry’s Circle card?
No. Your membership is now digital. You can keep the card as remembrance or you can surrender it in any Terry’s branch.
Your QR code, points, and rewards can all be accessed through the Terry’s Circle app, so there is no physical card to carry or worry about losing.
Existing Terry’s Circle Members
I am already a Terry’s Circle member. Do I need to register again?
Your previous membership has been carried over to the new Terry’s Circle system, provided you updated your registered mobile number and email address by July 30, 2026.
You will still need to activate your account in the new app.
How do I activate my existing account?
- Go to the Loyalty page and tap Sign In.

Why can’t I see my points or rewards yet?
Your points and rewards will begin appearing once the Terry’s Circle app officially launches on July 31, 2026.
During the initial transition period from July 31 to August 8, 2026, points are being migrated in batches, so you may notice temporary fluctuations or incomplete balances as systems continue to sync. All accounts will be fully updated and stabilized after the migration period.
There is no need to be alarmed if your points do not appear immediately or seem to change during this time :-)
What should I do if I cannot receive my OTP or access my old mobile number?

Earning Points
How do I earn Terry’s Circle points?
You earn 1 point for every ₱34 spent on a qualifying purchase.
There is no minimum purchase required to earn points.

How much is each point worth?
1 Terry’s Circle point = ₱1 when used toward an eligible purchase.
Which transactions are eligible for payment using points?
Points may be used on qualifying bills from ₱2,500 to ₱10,000.
Points may cover up to 30% of the total bill, subject to:
- A minimum redemption of 750 points
- A maximum redemption of 3,000 points per transaction
For example, on a ₱5,000 bill, you may use up to 1,500 points. On a ₱10,000 bill, you may use up to the maximum of 3,000 points.

Where can I see the available rewards?
Go to All Rewards in the Terry’s Circle app to see the rewards currently available to you.

How do I get a reward?
- Go to All Rewards.
- Select the reward you are interested in.
- Review its mechanics and terms.
- Tap Get this now.
Once successfully obtained, the reward will appear under My Rewards.
What is the difference between All Rewards and My Rewards?
All Rewards shows the offers currently available for you to obtain.
My Rewards shows the rewards you have already obtained and may present for use at a participating Terry’s branch.
Why is the Get this now button greyed out?
The button may be unavailable when:
- You do not yet meet the reward requirements
- You do not have enough points
- You have reached the redemption limit
- The reward has been fully claimed or sold out
- The reward is no longer available
- The offer has expired
Does getting a reward in the app mean it has already been used?
No. After you tap Get this now, the reward is added to My Rewards.
You must still present it at a participating Terry’s branch, where our team will validate the reward and complete the redemption.
How do I use a reward at a branch?
- Open the Terry’s Circle app and go to My Rewards.
- Show the reward to our service team before ordering or payment.
- Present your membership QR code when requested.
- Our team will check the reward’s validity and confirm that its requirements have been met.
- Once validated, our team will complete the redemption.
- You will receive an SMS confirming that the reward has been claimed.
Can a reward be declined at the branch?
A reward may not be accepted if:
- It has expired
- It has already been used
- Its purchase or eligibility requirements have not been met
- It is not valid at that branch
- It is being used outside its permitted date or time
- The applicable redemption limit has been reached
- The reward is subject to availability and the item is no longer available

How many rewards can I use in one day?

Can I combine more than one reward?
