How do I sign up for your Terry’s App?

Simply download Terry’s App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Open the app and tap Sign Up, then enter your name, registered mobile number, and email address.

You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification. Once verified, you’ll be prompted to create a PIN for your account. After completing these steps, you’re all set and ready to enjoy the benefits of being a Terry’s member.

What can I do with my points?

You can use your points as payment for purchases of up to 3,000 points, with separate point balances available for the Bistro and Store. You can also redeem exclusive vouchers in exchange for points and enjoy exciting offers with qualifying minimum purchases.

Can I still use my voucher if I buy something at the branch online?

Yes. Vouchers can still be redeemed for branch online orders. Simply inform the branch that you would like to use a voucher, and our staff will verify your available rewards and mark the voucher as redeemed on your account.

Can I still earn points if I buy from the branch online?

Yes. You can still earn points for branch purchases online using the app’s self-seeding feature. Simply enter the total transaction amount and receipt number provided by the branch into the app to submit your request for points. Once verified by the branch staff, your points will be credited to your account.

I can’t redeem a voucher although I have enough points for it.

You may have already reached the redemption limit for that voucher. Please review your recent transactions and try again the next day. If the issue persists, kindly visit your nearest branch or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Can I transfer my points to my other different number?

No, points are non-transferable. But, you can update your number through Settings and Change Phone Number. You will receive an OTP for confirmation and you’re done!

Is it possible to combine two vouchers in a day for redemption?

Yes, selected vouchers can be combined. Discount vouchers cannot be stacked with other vouchers. Redemption and complimentary vouchers may be used together, up to a maximum of two vouchers per transaction.

Can I still earn points when I pay using points?

No. Transactions paid using points are not eligible for earning additional points, as redeemed points already serve as a discount on your purchase. This policy helps ensure a fair and balanced rewards program for all members. No. You cannot earn points as the points will serve as a discount to your transaction therefore earning of points will just double up your benefits

Can I have a senior discount when I pay using points?

Does my Gift Card have expiration?

Yes. Your points will expire after one year of account inactivity. However, before your points expire, we will send reminders via SMS or email to notify you of the expiration date.

Will my account expire?

Yes. Your account may be deactivated after two years of inactivity. However, before your account is deactivated, reminders will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number to notify you in advance.

How can I activate my account?

Simply download Terry’s App from the App Store and sign up using your registered mobile number, email address, and name. The app will automatically recognize your existing membership details, and you’ll only need to create a PIN to activate your account. If you need assistance, our team can also help activate your account through the Merchant App at any Terry’s branch. Please note that account activation will be available until October 31.

Please note that account activation can only be completed on the app launch date or any day thereafter, once the membership database has been fully transferred to the new system. Activating your account before the official launch may result in your existing profile and accumulated points not being migrated successfully.

Can I still use my card once the app has launched?

No. Membership services will be managed exclusively through the Terry’s App once it launches. To continue enjoying your membership benefits, simply activate your account through the Terry’s App. Members may keep their physical cards as a keepsake or surrender them at any Terry’s branch.

What will happen if I don’t activate my account within the 3-month activation period?

If your account is not activated until October 31, your physical Terry’s Card will be permanently deactivated and can no longer be used for membership transactions.

To ensure a smooth transition, reminder messages and emails will be sent throughout the activation period. Please note that any points, vouchers, and membership benefits that have not been transferred to the app within the given period may no longer be eligible for migration. In such cases, a new membership registration may be required.

My registered mobile number is no longer active and I can’t remember it. How can I update my number?

Please visit any Terry’s branch and inform our staff of your concern. To protect your account, please provide a valid ID for membership verification. Once verified, your request will be forwarded to the Membership Department, who will contact you to assist with updating your registered mobile number and activating your account.

After your account has been activated, you may update your mobile number anytime through Settings > Mobile Number in the Terry’s App.
