⚙️ Mechanics

1. Terry’s Circle is a points-based loyalty program! Earn and redeem points with other promotions (e.g. Sunday 15% off, Wines of the Month).
2. For every Php 100 spend = 3 points.
3. 1 point = Php 1.00.
4. Special members-only promotions are sent via email.

How to use your points

1. Minimum Spend Requirement A minimum net spend of PHP 5,000 per transaction is required to redeem points. (Net spend refers to the total amount after all applicable discounts.)
2. Maximum Points Redeemable Customers may redeem a maximum of 2,500 points per transaction. Points cannot be used to pay 100% of the total bill. Any remaining balance must be settled using cash, credit card, bank transfer, or GCash.
3. Points Earning During Redemption Transactions where points are redeemed will not earn points. Points earning will resume on succeeding transactions.

Signing up for Membership

• New members get a Terry’s Circle card with a single receipt transaction worth Php 2,500+.
• Points can be earned immediately upon registration.
• Card delivery timeline:
  • NCR & Luzon: 7–10 Days
  • Cebu: 12–15 Days

Earning Points

• Present your Terry’s Circle card before paying.
• Points earned on all purchases: Bistro, Gourmet Store, Wine Cellar, and in-store promos.
• Check points balance when your cashier taps your card.

Redeeming Points

• Present your card and a valid ID.
• Inform cashier how many points you want to redeem.
• Remaining balance can be paid via cash / credit card / bank transfer / GCash.

How It Works

• Gift Certificates are now Gift Cards—a Terry’s Circle card with automatic membership!
• Purchase from any Terry’s branch nationwide.

Value

• 1 peso = 1 point.
• Recipients can earn points while redeeming gift value.
• Available in Php 500 and Php 1,000 denominations.

Paper GC

• Paper GCs will no longer be issued.
• Previously issued paper GCs are still valid.

• Non-transferable: 1 card per person only.
• Physical card required to earn & redeem points.
• Points earned on all in-store transactions, including promotions & mandated discounts.

What can I use my points for?

How do I know how many points I have earned?
Tap your card at the cashier in any branch.

Can I get more than 1 card if my receipt is above Php 2,500?
No. Only 1 card per receipt regardless of value.

Do you have a VIP program?
Yes! Earn 30,000 points to become a VIP. Benefits include gifts, priority bookings, exclusive events, and more.

Can I earn/redeem points with just my Member or Card number?
No. The physical card is required, and a valid ID is needed to redeem.

I applied but haven’t received my card. How can I earn/redeem points?

Can I give my card to someone else?
No. Membership and points are non-transferable. Instead, you can purchase a Gift Card.

Can someone else use my card to earn points?
Yes—as long as they present the physical card at the time of purchase.
