V. Purchase of Products

Product Description

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant error-free descriptions. Items fundamentally different from descriptions are eligible for return/replacement/refund.

Placing Orders

Orders must be placed through the Checkout Process, unless arranged as Bulk/Corporate orders. Accuracy of orders is your responsibility.

Returns, Replacements, Refunds

We guarantee premium quality. Issues eligible for return/review:

• Wrong item received.
• Tampered/unsealed item.
• Item unsafe for consumption (e.g., spoiled).

Processing is during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM). Items will be picked up from your address.

You can buy products here. If mistakes happen, we’ll fix them.

VI. Delivery of Products

• Delivery is to the address you specify. Errors in address are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of corrections or special instructions.
• Shipping fee: Php 199 for orders below Php 3000. Subject to change with notice.
• Delivery depends on product availability and scheduled delivery days. We’ll notify you of changes.

We deliver as indicated. If not, we’ll inform you and find a solution.

VII. Prices of Products

• All prices are subject to taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

Basically:
We pay taxes, and so do you.

VIII. Payment

Methods

Accepted: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Bank transfer, GCash.
Methods may be modified/discontinued at any time. Failures/errors with providers are not our liability.

Invoicing & Fulfillment

Invoices are emailed automatically. Orders may be canceled/suspended if payment fails/cancels. Products may be restocked if unpaid by 12nn Wednesday of the week.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via original payment method only. Timing depends on banks/providers. Costs imposed by providers are borne by Terry Selection.

Basically:
We accept cards, PayPal, transfers, and GCash. Refunds follow provider timelines.

IX. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

No Warranties

Website/Services/Materials are provided “as available.” We do not warrant:

• Accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of data.
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
• Freedom from viruses/malicious code.
• Security of transmitted information.

Exclusion of Liability

We are not liable for losses from:

• Failures, errors, delays, or viruses.
• Misuse, negligence, or improper storage/use of Products.

Things can go wrong. We can’t be liable for everything.

• We may (but are not obliged to) screen Submissions.

Governing law: Philippine law. Disputes will be handled in good faith and fair dealing.
