Wine Pairing – Blanc Pescador:

This appetizer shines alongside Blanc Pescador, a crisp, fresh white wine with delicate citrus and floral notes. The wine’s bright acidity balances the rich, gamey paté, while its light fruitiness complements the sweet apples and honey, creating a harmonious, elegant bite.

Tip: Serve slightly chilled for a refined starter perfect for sharing with a loved one or at a stylish gathering.

This is fast, elegant, and perfect for an appetizer or snack. The sweetness of the apple and honey balances the rich, gamey paté, while the thyme adds a subtle herbal note.
