Go-to Faves

Go-to Faves

Every Terry’s branch has its own regulars.

You know the type. They walk in, smile at the team, and barely need a menu.

“The usual?”

Almost.

Maybe it’s the same bottle. Maybe it’s the same paella. Maybe it’s both.

That’s the thing about favorites, they’re earned.

Not because they’re the newest on the list. Not because they’re the most expensive. They become favorites because guests keep ordering them, recommending them, and coming back for them.

So, if you’re wondering where to start on your next visit, we’ve got you.

Meet our Go-to Faves, the wines and dishes our guests simply can’t get enough of.

PASONG TAMO EXTENSION

Come for One Bottle. Leave With Dinner Plans.

Our flagship Pasong Tamo Extension branch is a dangerous place to visit if you only planned on buying one thing.

You came for a bottle.

Then you spotted a cheese you’ve never tried.

Someone suggested a pâté.

Now you’re sitting in the Bistro wondering if dessert is really necessary.

(It usually is.)

Among all the bottles lining our cellar, Cava Ondarre Millenium has quietly become one of the branch’s stars. Crisp, refreshing, and full of lively bubbles, it’s the bottle guests reach for when they’re celebrating, or when they’re looking for a reason to celebrate.

And because bubbles love good company, you’ll often find it sharing the table with our Gambas al Ajillo.

Juicy shrimp.

Plenty of garlic.

Really good olive oil.

And bread that somehow disappears before the shrimp do.

We’re not saying you’ll order another basket.

We’re saying it happens.

PODIUM

The Meeting Could’ve Been an Email. The Lunch Couldn’t.

The Podium is where work meets wine.

Business lunches become catch-ups.

Quick dinners become another round.

Someone says, “Let’s split a paella.”

Nobody argues.

If there’s one bottle that’s become a regular here, it’s Cerro Añon Reserva. Smooth, elegant, and effortlessly classic, it’s the kind of Rioja that doesn’t need to show off. It simply does what great wines do, makes great food even better.

Speaking of great food…

Meet our Super Paella.

Loaded with seafood, meats, saffron rice, and enough Spanish comfort to make everyone at the table ask for “just one more spoonful.”

Sharing is encouraged.

Whether it actually happens… that’s between you and your table.

SALCEDO

The Kind of Place That Remembers You

Some restaurants have regulars.

Salcedo has neighbors.

It’s where familiar faces become familiar names, where the team remembers your favorite table, and where “We’ll just have one glass” has been known to turn into another bottle.

More than once.

One bottle you’ll spot all over the dining room is Sus Scrofa.

Fruit-forward, easy-going, and wonderfully approachable, it’s the wine equivalent of that friend everyone enjoys having around.

And if you’ve been to Salcedo before, you’ve probably seen plenty of Terry’s Caesar Salad making its way through the dining room too.

Fresh romaine.

Creamy dressing.

Crunchy croutons.

A generous snowfall of Parmesan.

Proof that salads don’t have to be the “healthy choice.”

Sometimes they’re simply the delicious choice.

MOLITO

Come Hungry. Stay Awhile.

Nobody rushes dinner at Molito.

Families gather.

Friends catch up.

Another bottle appears.

Someone says, “Let’s order one more.”

Nobody needs convincing.

It’s exactly the kind of place where Flechas de los Andes Gran Malbec feels right at home.

Rich, velvety, and packed with dark fruit, it’s a red that happily keeps up with bold flavors and long conversations.

Its perfect partner?

Our Black Angus Salpicao.

Tender beef.

Butter.

Garlic.

Need we say more?

Actually…

Yes.

Order extra rice.

You’ll thank us later.

CEBU

Good Food Travels Well

The Terry’s experience doesn’t stop in Manila.

Our Cebu branch serves the same thoughtfully selected wines, Spanish classics, and warm hospitality, just with a little extra island pace.

Meals last longer.

Stories get better.

Another glass suddenly sounds like a great idea.

One wine guests keep coming back for is Laxas Albariño.

Bright, crisp, and wonderfully refreshing, it’s the bottle that somehow works whether you’re celebrating, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying a leisurely lunch.

Alongside it is one of Terry’s longest-loved classics, Lengua.

Slow-cooked until perfectly tender, finished with its rich signature sauce, and comforting in all the right ways.

Some recipes don’t need reinventing.

They just need another forkful.

Why These Favorites?

Nobody sat in a meeting room and decided these would be the winners.

Our guests did.

Every bottle here has been uncorked for birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, reunions, Tuesday lunches, Friday dinners, and those wonderfully ordinary meals that somehow become unforgettable.

Every dish has been reordered.

Recommended.

Photographed.

Finished down to the very last bite.

That’s what makes a Cellar Favorite.

Not hype.

Not trends.

Just genuinely good food and wine that people can’t wait to order again.

So… Where Should You Start?

Honestly?

You can’t go wrong.

Maybe it’s bubbles and Gambas in Pasong Tamo.

Maybe it’s Rioja and Super Paella at Podium.

Maybe Salcedo’s Caesar Salad has your name on it.

Or perhaps Molito’s Black Angus Salpicao is calling.

If you’re in Cebu, a glass of Albariño and our signature Lengua is never a bad idea.

Whichever branch you visit, you’ll find something our guests have already fallen in love with.

Now it’s your turn.
