This grazing platter is made purely of 100% Paleta Ibérico Bellota from Montaraz. There are no nitrates, nitrites, or any other additives in Montaraz Jamon; it’s simply jamon, sea salt, and time. The Pata Negra, or Black Iberian Pig, from which the jamon is made, is pasture-raised and fed just grain and acorns. As a result, the Jamon has a smoother, more complex flavor and is less salty. Cured for at least 36 months.
The dark rich Iberico ham pairs nicely with bold wines from Ribeira del Duero, Toro, and Rioja. The result is a flavor that may warm your heart. This platter is for pre-order, and comes in two sizes—one that’s good for 3 to 4 people, and one that’s good for 6 to 8 people.
