This particular Duck Confit from renowned Godard-Chambon & Marrel includes 2 or 4 pieces of full duck legs with duck foie gras from the South-West (Chalosse, Gascony, Gers, Landes, Périgord, Quercy. It also has porcini mushrooms, duck fat, salt and pepper.
