Cazuela N15 Without Handles

Cazuelas are glazed clay cooking plates (also referred to as terra cotta dishes) that may be used in the microwave, oven, or grill. As they can break, we do not recommend using them on the burner. They come in a variety of sizes and forms, but are typically shallow and spherical.

Cazuelas are freezer safe, microwave safe, and oven safe to 400 degrees F.
