Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinotage grapes are used to make this robust South African red wine. The grapes arrive at the press house immediately after being hand-picked. After fermentation at controlled temperatures, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 15 months.

A rush of brambleberry and dark cherry on the nose, with hints of vanilla and pencil shavings. It is incredibly fresh and vibrant on the palate, with great length in the aftertaste. There are undertones of plum and shadow morals. The tannins are rounded and the wine has a medium structure.
Serve this South African red wine alongside pasta with caper tomato sauce, leek tortilla, or goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram. It also goes great with Egyptian beef fillet medallions with dukkha crust, roasted duck, and cooked ostrich steak.
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
