El Hórreo
El Hórreo have been making Asturian sausages for more than 100 years. They were the first producer of sausages and salted meats in the Principality of Asturias. They carry their tradition throughout Spain and the rest of the world, making traditional products but adapted to current trends.
Asturian sausages for fabada have always been the basis of El Hórreo. From Noreña, the chorizo, morcilla and Asturian compango, certified with the distinctive quality mark, is made following ancestral recipes, inherited from generation to generation.
Since 1908, El Hórreo has been a symbol of Asturian tradition and, at the same time, of the maximum commitment to research and development of healthier products.
