Señorio de Montanera Jamón de Bellota comes from the finest pigs, fed only acorns until they reach maturity. This jamon is pata negra (black hoof), has a yellow-colored fat covering, and presents, when sliced, a beautiful magenta that is appealing to the eye.The inner fat is glistening and translucent.
