It delivers a refreshing acidity and has character that is seldom found in other wines. To the eye: beautiful golden, rounded yellows are pleasant to observe. On the nose: floral notes with a spattering of tropical fruits are pleasantly noted. On the palate: the wine is rich, velvety, and smooth. Heavy emphasis on tropical fruits, such as passionfruit and mango are noticed with a smooth, refreshing salinity that balances the palate. It is full-bodied with a long, lingering finish.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
