The Marqués De Cáceres Excellens Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent example of a delicious Rueda white. It is medium-bodied, light, dry, and extremely refreshing. To the eye: you will be greeted with a rich, golden color. To the nose: a refreshing bouquet with strong floral notes that are enhanced when oxygenated. On the palate: heavy citrus notes while predominantly promoting grapefruit and hints of lemon.

This delicious wine is refreshing. It is best sipped on a rather warm evening after a hot afternoon. It works well with fish courses as well as chicken and light appetizers.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
