It is quite bold on the palate, with an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity. It is well-rounded and produces an excellent palate. To the eye: golden yellow notes with green hue intertwined throughout. On the nose: strong citrus notes with slight thoughts of apple pie noticeable. On the palate: Citrus forward with slight notes of oak and tropical fruits. It has a nice round finish and is quite refreshing.
This is a delicious afternoon sipper, especially after a hot day of hard work. While it can be enjoyed on its own, it pairs perfectly with tapas of sardines or fish courses, such as braised sea bass. It can also hold its own with some milder cheeses, like a mild cheddar and edam.
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
