Coquet Small Pickled Gherkins

These beautiful gherkins have been brined and then preserved in vinegar to enhance the flavor of many dishes. Gherkins are not only great to eat on their own, but their natural flavors and the flavor of the vinegar in which they were preserved add extra contrast to many dishes.

On your next burger night, slice up a handful of these delicious gherkins. Dice them as well - you’ll need them for your sauce. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, diced gherkins, and diced red onions. Pour in a bit of the gherkin vinegar and mix well. You now have your own basic, rich, decadent, and filling burger sauce. Adjust the recipe to fit your flavor needs.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
