This cava is excellently balanced. It is medium-bodied with a subtle softness that helps balance the acidity of the sparkling wine. On the nose: Fruity aromas of lemon, green apple, almonds, and apricots highlighted with slight notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and toasted bread. It also has a delicious oakiness that shines through thanks to the aging process.
