Josep Masachs Cava Brut

On the nose: Fruity aromas of lemon, green apple, almonds, and apricots highlighted with slight notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and toasted bread. On the palate: delicious fruity flavors offset and balanced by a nuttiness that presents itself in the form of hazelnuts and almonds. It also has a delicious oakiness that shines through thanks to the aging process.

This cava is the perfect start to a meal or course. It refreshes the palate while being tantalizing enough to get the juices flowing. It also pairs very well with light fish dishes and would pair very well with tapas courses.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
