Made from the Viura variety of grapes, the Bodegas Ondarre Millennium Brut Cava is produced in a winery located in Viana, Spain. The character of the wine can be attributed to the richness and quality of the soil where the vines are grown. The Bodegas Ondarre Millennium Brut Cava grapes are picked and sorted by hand. If the grape does not match the specific requirements and standards, they are not used.
