These wonderful snail shells are washed and prepared for your exotic starters. The shells are empty and are the perfect receptacle for anything escargot related (or for that matter, anything your imagination can come up with).
Such beautiful shells deserve the best snails. Drain the snails well and place them in the shells. Add a hefty serving of butter, garlic, and fresh parsley to the shells as a delicious blanket for the snails.
Simply acquire a whole block of butter, a head of garlic, and as much fresh parsley as your heart desires. Finely mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley. Gently need this mixture into the butter until the mixture takes on the deep green of the parsley and the air is filled with the pungent aroma of garlic. Place your snails in the shell and simply fill the remaining space with this simple, yet delicious butter mixture.
These beautiful shells are completely reusable and can be washed like any receptacle - with warm, soapy water.
