Simply acquire a whole block of butter, a head of garlic, and as much fresh parsley as your heart desires. Finely mince the garlic and finely chop the parsley. Gently need this mixture into the butter until the mixture takes on the deep green of the parsley and the air is filled with the pungent aroma of garlic. Place your snails in the shell and simply fill the remaining space with this simple, yet delicious butter mixture.
These beautiful shells are completely reusable and can be washed like any receptacle - with warm, soapy water.
