The Moncerbal Corullón is an extremely well put together wine. It offers a medium intensity, full bodied experience that shows well rounded tannins that are neither too sharp, nor too soft. The dryness is offset by a delicious sweetness that is not at all cloying. To the eye: beautiful deep reds are presented. On the nose: notes of herbs and minerals are noticed at first with an underlying floral tone. On the palate: the wine is rich, smooth, velvety. It promotes delicious notes of cherry and other red fruits. The finish is long and full of character.

This delicious wine pairs excellently with big bold flavors. Grilled meats and stews are excellent with this wine. It also works well with cheese boards and meat plates.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork.
