Cotes Du Rhone Villages Cairanne Jerome Quiot bottles are favored for their fruity side and for their accessiblity to the greatest number of amateurs. This particular wine highlights the characteristics of each of the appellations from which they come. It combine the tradition of the terroirs and a fruity tendency for a wise and relaxed consumption.
On appearance, it has a brilliant ruby color. On the nose, it packs concentrated cherry and raspberry aromas. Round, balanced with smooth tannins and good length.
This wine is a mix of several grapes: Grenache noir : 50%, Mourvèdre : 20%, Syrah : 20%, Carignan : 10%
Ideal serve is between 17 and 18°C and best paried with dishes in sauce, terrines, barbecue and grilled red meats.
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
