It combine the tradition of the terroirs and a fruity tendency for a wise and relaxed consumption.
On appearance, it has a brilliant ruby color. On the nose, it packs concentrated cherry and raspberry aromas. Round, balanced with smooth tannins and good length.
This wine is a mix of several grapes: Carignan, Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Roussanne, Clairette, Shiraz/Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault
Ideal serve is between 17 and 18°C and best paried with dishes in sauce, terrines, barbecue and grilled red meats.
Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
