Chateau Bellevue Bordeaux Superieur Rouge

The Chateau Bellevue Bordeaux Supérieur Rouge is an excellent example of a delicious Bordeaux. It is created using only Malbec, which leaves a slightly darker color. It promotes delicious ripe fruits and softer tannins. It has a slight sweetness to it offsetting the acidity of the wine.

To the eye: dark ruby red with splashes of purple. On the nose: full notes of red fruits including blackberry and blackcurrant. On the palate: full bodied, delicious red and dark fruits, such as cherry, blackcurrant, and blueberries. It has a middle-long finish and is quite refreshing, thanks to the high acidity of the wine.

This wine pairs perfectly with duck and grilled meats. It also pairs perfectly with cheeses and pastas with red sauces. Anything with big, bold flavors are a great match for this wonderful wine.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
