Arx 2nd Wine Bodegas Tesalia

Arx is an interesting wine from Bodegas Tesalia. It delivers a rather delightful punch thanks to the blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Tintilla de Rota. This beautiful combination provides a fruity playfulness that is not common in many other wines.

Thanks to the combination of grapes, this wine is perfectly balanced. While a bold wine, it is not overpoweringly so. The same with the soft tannins and acidity that are playfully countered by the slightest sweetness. To the eye: consumers will be greeted with a deep, bright red cherry color. On the nose: a refreshing bouquet of plums and citrus are noticed with hints of roasted cocoa to finish. On the palate: thanks to the variety of grapes used in the blend, this wine delivers an intensely fruity sip that promotes hints of tobacco and vanilla.

This wonderful wine is best sipped on its own, but can be paired with grilled meats and stews. It also works wonderfully when paired with a cheese board featuring sharp cheeses.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
