It combines the tartness of the passionfruit and mango with the sweetness of the papaya creating a wonderfully balanced jam.
So what does this pair well with? Aside from it being part of breakfast or afternoon tea, this jam also pairs well with strong, bold cheeses. The flavor of the jam is more than enough to handle the harshness of blue cheese or stilton and can even refresh the palate in between bites, helping to prepare the palate for the next bite.
