When ready to dine, spread your Godard Chambon & Marrel Duck Rillettes on toasted baguette or sourdough bread. With your charcuterie, serve it with cornichons.
Rillette is also delicious in salads with a cranberry dressing. Spread Duck Rillettes on toast and cover with thinly sliced apples and fennel for a sandwich.
