World-renowned Sidra El Gaitero (Spanish Cider) is traditionally produced using fermented apple juice making this light, fresh and vibrant drink nuanced and complex enough to enjoy on its own.
With its home in Asturias Spain, the El Gaitero Cidery first started its journey on the shores of Villaviciosa ria, in La Espuncia. In the 19th Century, a trade route between the New American world and Asturias had just opened up. In order to preserve the quality of the Asturian cider on its journey across the ocean, a machine that generated cider bubbles was invented. Not only would emigrants be able to taste the Asturian beverage from home, but it would also be enjoyed by Americans.
The Sidra El Gaitero (Spanish Cider) is light, fresh and bubbly which makes it the perfect beverage for a light lunch of Tuna Nicoise or most sweet and fragrant desserts. This can also be enjoyed with light fish and seafood, as well as grilled chicken and vegetarian dishes.

The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
