Jolonch Dark Chocolate with Raspberry is made with bitter dark chocolate. The bitterness is offset by the sweetness of the raspberry. Upon first bite, one will instantly be hit with the strength and bitterness of the dark chocolate on the palate, something like a fanfare of horns and percussion in an orchestra. Then slowly and softly rising above the strength of the brass and percussion, a soft sweetness of the raspberry complementing and eventually replacing the strength of the dark chocolate, like the softer woodwinds of a flute, oboe, and clarinet.
