Dating back to the 19th century, Anis Del Mono Dulce is steeped in tradition and heritage. Having been perfected over the past 300 years, the liqueur is the perfect end to most evenings and meals.

Having strong notes of anise gives it that licorice flavor and is married wonderfully with the sweetness from the saccharose. The saccharose not only lends sweetness to the drink, but also gives it a subtle earthiness from the thoughts of beet and sugar cane that waft through as you allow the sweet, warming liqueur to travel around the regions of your mouth.

Anis del Mono Dulce is typically served after dinner in Spain (note: not after tapas). This digestif will be the perfect end to a sumptuous meal, or even as a way to end the day on a sweet, licorice note. Either way, you will be left satisfied and ready for the next day.
