Spanish Mixed cheese cold cuts platter

There aren’t many platters more perfect than this! The Spanish Mixed Cheese Cold Cuts Platter is a variety of Spain’s best and most delicious cheeses and meats, laid out on a ready-to-serve, ready-to-eat platter.

This platter consists of equal amounts of Artequeso Manchego Semicurado, Mahon Semi-hard Cow’s Milk, Majorero Merco Natural, as well as equal amounts of Goikoa Chorizo Pamplona, Alejandro Chorizo Magno, and Airesano Jamón de Teruel DO Gran Reserva.

You can pre-order this platter in either:

• a size good for 3 to 4 (see first photo)
• or a size good for 6 to 8 people (see second photo)

This pairs very well with Spanish red wines, especially Riojas, and ones from Ribeira del Duero.

Storage Instructions

Serve immediately. Avoid exposing to direct heat or sunlight. Keep in a cold dry place before serving.
