Grupo Álvaro Palacios Camins Del Priorat is made with grapes from 101 plots in 10 municipalities: A charming reflection of the character of a region crisscrossed by old mule drivers’ roads. Its consistency is velvety and mineral. It packs a strength that is only possible in the steep vineyards of Priorat.
The grape varieties reflected in this wine is a combination of:

6% Syrah

It goes through an aging process of at least 4-6 months in oak vats and barrels. With a tannic grip, this wine is powerful yet refined and balanced. A fantastic portrayal of Priorat terroir that begs for an hour in the decanter or some cellar time.
The result is a wine that has aromatic notes of crushed berries, wildflowers, and herbs.

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
