Chateau Croix-Mouton is widely regarded as one of the greatest Bordeaux Superieurs of all time. This wine is almost entirely made up of Merlot grapes, which pair well with the loamy soil. Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot make up the remaining percentage of the final cuvée. The vineyards are approximately 40 years old on average, giving the wine aromatic depth and richness.

The Croix-Mouton Bordeaux Superieur 2018 is a rich and luscious red, with notes of currant, cherry, and plum, as well as cedar and rust. It has an ABV of 13.5%, with a delicious aftertaste, robust tannins, and a full to medium body.

Storage Instructions

Store your unopened bottle in a cool, dry, and dark place safe from constant vibration. Keep your bottle horizontal in a wine rack or cellar to retain the moistness of the cork. The ideal temperature for storage is between 7 to 15°C. Once opened, a bottle will be good for 3 to 5 days standing upright in the refrigerator.
